Questions,answered.

Is muslimah.health only a period tracker?

No. Your cycle is the foundation, but the app connects symptoms, nutrition, hydration, fitness, skincare and worship—and includes a private community for Muslim women.

Can I start anonymously?

Yes. You can begin without sharing your identity, and create an account later if you want authenticated syncing.

How does madhhab-aware guidance work?

Choose Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i or Hanbali during setup. The app uses your selection and the cycle and purity information you log to organize educational worship guidance.

Does it replace a doctor or scholar?

No. Health insights are non-diagnostic, and worship guidance is educational. For personal advice, speak with an appropriate qualified professional.
